In 2014 Gamma Xi Boulé partnered with Career Source Suncoast, the school boards of Sarasota & Manatee counties and the Sarasota Sheriff's Department to sponsor a 5 week pilot program for diverse group of 50 youths, ages 14-19. Serving as positive role models, members of Gamma Xi provided group mentoring for the students and conducted classes on Financial Literacy, Health and Life Skills. Members of Gamma Xi Boulé participated as ‘visiting professors’ sharing their knowledge and experience, offering direction and tools to help prepare students for occupation and career goals. 

The youth attended workshops and field trips to local hospitals and Habit for Humanity.

The youth attending the program receive stipends based on their individual daily attendance and participation. 

The programs are conducted at Sarasota Technical Institute

 and Palmetto High School.
